Access to relevant and reliable mental health information is often scattered and difficult for the general public to obtain. The City of Zagreb commissioned the development of a centralized digital solution that would provide citizens with easy access to counseling services, expert information, and contacts of relevant institutions. Without such a platform, individuals facing mental health challenges or seeking personal development often do not know where to turn for support.

Solution

The Mentalnozdravlje.zagreb.hr web portal consolidates, in one place, projects by the City and municipal healthcare institutions in the field of mental health, as well as numerous other projects and workshops. The portal provides expert information offering counseling support to the general public and guides citizens to institutions where they can seek professional help, whether for mental health challenges and daily functioning or for those wishing to actively work on their mental well-being and skills.

Project Description

To date, the portal has attracted over 320,000 unique users, providing them with centralized access to a wide range of professional psychological support and assistance available within the City of Zagreb.

The Mentalnozdravlje.zagreb.hr portal simplifies the search for institutions and the browsing of content by type, city district, and target groups—youth, adults, and seniors (65+).
