Focus
The Croatian Caritas previously had an outdated website with a complicated donation process involving multiple steps and redirects. Users had to go through a lengthy procedure of selecting a donation, adding it to the cart, entering personal details, and being redirected to the payment page, which made the process slow and cumbersome. The goal was to modernize the website design and significantly simplify donations, making them faster and more intuitive.
Solution
We redesigned and reimagined the website with a focus on simplicity, clarity, and ease of donating. The new donation system now enables:
- A modernized design that maintains a serious and professional tone, aligned with the organization’s goals.
- A faster, two-step donation process thanks to a custom Stripe API integration.
The option to make a one-time or recurring monthly donation. - The ability to donate by scanning a QR code via mobile internet banking.
