The data controller has established a Privacy Protection Policy for users and customers.

Processing of Personal Data

Newsletter and use of personal data for marketing
If a user wishes to receive notifications about our offers via email, they must subscribe to the Newsletter. When filling out the subscription form, it is necessary to complete the required fields and provide the email address to which they wish to receive the Newsletter.

Users can unsubscribe from our Newsletter at any time in accordance with the instructions sent by email after subscribing, as well as through any Newsletter they receive.

Duration of Personal Data Storage

For certain personal data, the processing and storage periods are prescribed by the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia. Regarding the data we store based on consent, such data are kept as long as the purpose for which the data were provided or are being processed exists, or until the consent for processing is withdrawn by the data subject.
Upon the termination of the purpose or the expiration of the retention period, personal data are permanently deleted.

Right of Access – the right to obtain information about the purpose of processing the data subject’s personal data, the categories of personal data being processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed, the intended period for which the personal data will be stored, and, when the personal data are not collected from the data subject, their source. This also includes the right of the data subject to receive a copy of the personal data contained in the storage system relating to them.

Right to Rectification – the right of the data subject to have inaccurate personal data corrected or to have incomplete personal data completed without undue delay.

Right to Erasure – the right to request the deletion of personal data relating to the data subject if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or for legal purposes, or if the data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based. Additionally, the right to erase personal data applies when required to comply with legal obligations under EU law or the law of a member state, when personal data have been unlawfully processed, or when personal data were collected in relation to the offering of information society services to a child based on consent. Please note that there may be reasons preventing immediate deletion, such as obligations to retain data under legal requirements.

Right to Restriction of Processing – the right to request the restriction of processing if the conditions defined in the GDPR are met.

Right to Data Portability – the right to receive personal data concerning the data subject in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another controller if the processing is based on consent or a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.

Right to Object – the right of the data subject to object, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them. Objections can be submitted via email to info@magicmarinac.hr. Within one month of receiving your request, we will provide the requested information and notify you of the actions taken. If the request is complex or involves a large number of requests, the one-month period may be extended by an additional month, in which case we will inform you of the reasons for the extension.
